The Role • Responsible for the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Undertake the additional role of Operations Manager (HWK), overseeing technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning. • Provide customer service from order intake to vehicle return, offering consultation and support. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, preferably with several years of professional experience as an Automotive Master Technician, Automotive Technician, or Body Shop Technician. • Willingness to undergo the required qualification exam or already possess Operations Manager (HWK) certification. • A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and foster trusting collaboration.
