About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Technical Architect to lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions for Consumer Goods Cloud projects. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders, project teams, and developers to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions that support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementations.
• Work with business stakeholders and project teams to understand requirements and recommend the best technical solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce applications.
• Create architecture for Consumer Goods Cloud features, including visit planning, in-store activities, surveys, assessments, and retail execution.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce Order Management, and Data Cloud.
• Define data models, security, sharing rules, and territory management strategies.
• Review technical designs, provide architectural guidance, and ensure development follows best practices.
• Support development teams throughout the project lifecycle and help resolve technical challenges.
• Lead architecture discussions and contribute to successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce architecture or solution design experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect certifications, or actively working toward both.
• Strong knowledge of Consumer Goods Cloud features, including Visit Planning, Visit Execution, Surveys, Assessments, and Retail Store management.
• Experience designing offline mobile solutions and improving synchronization performance for field users.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, Salesforce Order Management, Data Cloud, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, sharing models, and enterprise-level solution design.
• Experience serving as the lead architect on at least one full Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional certification.
• Experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Retail Execution Plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI capabilities, and CRMA dashboards.
• Experience with OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) or Salesforce Industries solutions.
