Account Executive - Inside Sales | Boise, ID, United States | Hybrid | $74,000.00/Yr.
We're hiring on behalf of a leading provider of comprehensive site services, known for fostering strong partnerships and enabling customer project success. This well-established organization prioritizes continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence, driven by a dedicated and diverse team.
**The Role**
• Own, retain, and grow a defined book of business while proactively developing new accounts.
• Drive revenue by understanding customer needs, identifying expansion opportunities, and closing deals.
• Engage decision-makers regularly via phone, email, and virtual meetings to strengthen relationships.
• Prospect and develop new business within target verticals like construction, industrial, and municipal markets.
• Deliver quotes, pricing updates, and proposals aligned with revenue and margin targets.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline using Salesforce CRM, ensuring transparency and accountability in forecasting.
**What You'll Need**
• Associate's degree or equivalent education/training.
• 1-7 years of B2B inside or account-based sales experience.
• Experience in industrial services, construction, rentals, or related sectors is ideal.
• Confident communicator skilled in phone-based selling, negotiation, and closing.
• Analytical and data-driven approach, with proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft 365.
• Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and a customer-first approach.
