Job DescriptionNow is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly excitingSenior I.T. Project Manager role based at our enviable Darra Head Office. As aSenior I.T. Project Manager at Pillow Talk, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of technology projects across the organisation. This role will lead project planning, governance, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and execution of initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency, and cyber security objectives.
Your role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to agreed business outcomes.
A bit about you
- Proven experience delivering IT projects end-to-end, including software, infrastructure or business system implementations
- Strong project governance skills, with the ability to manage scope, budgets, risks, timelines and competing priorities to deliver successful outcomes
- Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across technical teams, business leaders and external partners
- Experienced in managing vendors, system integrators and project resources to achieve agreed deliverables
- Highly organised, commercially minded and outcome-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- A proactive and resilient problem solver who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead without direct authority
- Experience in retail, supply chain, logistics, omnichannel, ERP, WMS, OMS or eCommerce projects, along with Agile, Scrum or PRINCE2 methodologies, will be highly regarded

- This role is based full-time at our Support Office in Darra, Brisbane with 2 days WFH. Applicants must have unrestricted working rights in Australia, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.This is an onsite role and fully remote working arrangements are not available.
