Job Description

Project Manager Role - Fit Out and Refurbishment

A Boutique fit-out and refurbishment contractor is seeking a Project Manager to join their Sydney team.

The business delivers a strong, consistent pipeline of commercial projects across multiple sectors, typically valued up to $30M in Sydney.

This is a role for a highly capable Project Manager to work closely with the site teams to deliver multiple projects across Sydney from design to completion.

What you'll do
  • Managing commercial fit out projects across Sydney
  • Delivering projects ranging from $5M-$30M
  • Working closely with Site Managers and delivery teams
  • Managing consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Overseeing programming, procurement, financials, and project delivery
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
What you'll bring
  • Proven experience delivering commercial construction or fitout projects
  • Strong understanding of project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously
  • Experience leading subcontractors and project teams
  • Strong commercial and financial management capability
  • Strong understanding of Australian construction practices and WHS requirements
