Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services, along with experience in Workday HCM and Financials modules.

The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications while ensuring data accuracy, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
  • Develop inbound and outbound integrations for Workday HCM and Financials.
  • Build integrations between Workday and third-party vendor applications.
  • Work with SOAP, REST APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and WSDL.
  • Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Configure integration security, including ISU and PGP encryption.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and calculated fields.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather business requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation and perform integration testing.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday Integration Development experience.
  • Strong experience with Workday Studio and EIB.
  • Experience with Workday Core Connectors and Document Transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and Financials integrations.
  • Experience with SOAP, REST APIs, WSDL, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
  • Knowledge of Java and web services.
  • Experience with Workday security, ISU, and PGP encryption.
  • Experience with Workday reporting and calculated fields.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating Workday with third-party vendor systems.
  • Experience with Workday implementation, enhancements, and production support.
  • Knowledge of data migration and enterprise integration processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
