Role: Workday HCM Compensation Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: One Year Contract with possibility of extensions

Job Summary:
IRG Clients is seeking an experienced Workday Compensation Functional Lead with expertise in Workday HCM Advanced Compensation and ERP transformations, preferably within higher education or government environments. The consultant will lead the design, configuration, testing, and delivery of Workday Compensation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional design and configuration of Workday Compensation.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and design decisions.
• Demonstrate Workday features and functionality to clients.
• Configure Workday Compensation based on client requirements.
• Develop and execute end-to-end testing scenarios.
• Document and report end-to-end testing results.
• Provide knowledge transfer and functional guidance to the client team.
• Support testing, deployment, rollout, and cutover activities.
• Provide functional support and guidance to team members as needed.

Required Skills:

• Workday HCM Advanced Compensation Certification.
• Prior hands-on Workday Compensation experience.
• Experience with ERP transformations, preferably in higher education or government.
• Strong functional requirements, configuration, testing, and documentation skills.
• Experience creating User Stories, testing scenarios/results, and cutover plans.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
