Job Description

About the Role

Innovaccer is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition to support full-cycle recruiting for our US-based teams. This is a high-impact sourcing and recruiting role based out of our Noida office, working on the US shift to hire across go-to-market, product, engineering, and corporate functions.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for your assigned roles — from building sourcing pipelines and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders across the United States, developing a sharp understanding of what great talent looks like for each role and function.

This role is an excellent launchpad for a TA professional who wants to recruit in the fast-paced healthcare AI and SaaS space, develop US hiring expertise, and grow into a senior recruiter or talent partner role.

A Day in the Life

  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and referrals to build high-quality candidate pipelines for active US-based openings.
  • Develop role-specific sourcing strategies in partnership with senior recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Research target companies, competitive landscapes, and talent pools to proactively identify passive candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and track pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Conduct structured phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, motivations, and culture fit.
  • Evaluate profiles against role scorecards and share clear, well-reasoned recommendations hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the process — from initial outreach through offer — ensuring a positive and timely experience.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across US time zones, managing logistics between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
  • Partner with hiring managers on role kick-offs, feedback loops, and offer negotiations.
  • Track and report on weekly recruiting metrics — reqs open, submits, interviews, offers, and time-to-fill.
  • Contribute to process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and TA team projects.

What You Need

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent sourcing experience, ideally in a technology, SaaS, or healthcare IT environment.
  • Prior experience recruiting for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) roles — including billing, coding, denial management, or RCM technology — is required.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for US-based roles from India, including familiarity with US employment norms, compensation benchmarks, and interview practices.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search methodology; experience with at least one ATS platform.
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable working in the US shift
  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
