Job description

About the Role

Innovaccer is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition to support full-cycle recruiting for our US-based teams. This is a high-impact sourcing and recruiting role based out of our Noida office, working on the US shift to hire across go-to-market, product, engineering, and corporate functions.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for your assigned roles — from building sourcing pipelines and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders across the United States, developing a sharp understanding of what great talent looks like for each role and function.

This role is an excellent launchpad for a TA professional who wants to recruit in the fast-paced healthcare AI and SaaS space, develop US hiring expertise, and grow into a senior recruiter or talent partner role.

A Day in the Life

  • Source, screen, and hire Medical Coders (CPC, CCS, COC, CRC certified and experienced professionals)
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for coding roles across specialties
  • Partner with hiring managers and operations teams to meet hiring targets and timelines
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and referrals to build high-quality candidate pipelines for active US-based openings.

What You Need

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent sourcing experience in hiring Medical Coders for US healthcare clients or processes
  • Good understanding of coding certifications, specialties (E/M, Surgery, Radiology, Inpatient, Outpatient, etc.), and market compensation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Comfortable with night shift and working from office
