The Role

• Support the execution of budget planning and market analyses.
• Assist in the creation of monthly management reports.
• Aid in planning and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Analyze processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Choose from five specializations from the 3rd semester onwards: Accounting & Controlling, Tax Consulting, Social Management, Retail Management, or Logistics Management.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational degree, or state-certified technician/business administrator qualification.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• A strong understanding of mathematics and logical reasoning skills.
• The ability to analyze information and identify opportunities for improvement.
• A high degree of responsibility, alongside the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good English language skills.
