The Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in API Design, Enterprise Integration, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Microsoft Entra ID to join our growing engineering team.

This is a hands on technical role where you will design and develop modern applications, secure APIs, and enterprise integration solutions while driving best practices across authentication, authorisation, and identity governance.

The ideal candidate will combine strong full stack development capabilities with deep experience in secure application architecture, cloud integration patterns, and modern identity platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern full stack applications using contemporary frontend and backend technologies.
• Build scalable microservices, cloud-native applications, and enterprise-grade digital solutions.
• Develop responsive user interfaces and high-performance backend services that deliver excellent user experiences.
• Design, develop, document, and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs aligned with enterprise standards.
• Implement API security controls including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, and API Gateway technologies.
• Establish API governance, versioning, monitoring, lifecycle management, and best practices.
• Design and implement integration solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Develop event-driven architectures using technologies such as Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Azure Integration Services.
• Build and support workflow automation, enterprise application integrations, and data synchronisation solutions.
• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Entra ID solutions, including authentication and identity federation services.
• Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and Identity Governance capabilities.
• Integrate identity and access management solutions across web, mobile, SaaS, and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with architects, security teams, product owners, and DevOps engineers to deliver secure and scalable technology solutions.
• Contribute to platform security, modernisation initiatives, DevOps automation, cloud adoption, and continuous improvement activities.

What You'll Need

• Experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, or Solution Engineering roles.
• Strong hands on experience developing modern web applications using frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, .NET, Java, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong understanding of API security, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, API Gateways, and API Management platforms.
• Experience building enterprise integration solutions using Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent technologies.
• Hands on experience implementing Microsoft Entra ID and modern IAM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Federation, and Access Governance.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation tooling.
• Knowledge of security architecture, application security principles, and secure development practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Azure API Management.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust security principles.
• Exposure to B2B and B2C identity solutions.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and microservices architectures.
• Experience working in enterprise scale or government environments.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications across Azure, Identity, Security, or Development disciplines.
