  • *The Role**
  • Lead and manage a sales team within an assigned geographic area and designated locations.
  • Develop and implement strategies and tactics to drive all sales activities within the region and specific metropolitan areas and branches.
  • Recruit, select, train, and manage sales staff, ensuring performance standards are met.
  • Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing to strategic plans and implementing improvements.
  • Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variances.
  • Establish sales objectives and quotas for districts to support national goals.

  • *What You'll Need**
  • BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience (high school diploma required).
  • Proven track record in the sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
  • Demonstrated project and people management skills and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing management experience.
  • At least 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
  • Proven success in achieving high sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with PCs, spreadsheets, and presentation programs.
