CyberArk Administrator

Introduction:

As a CyberArk Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining CyberArk Privilege Cloud and on-prem server components. You will work with privileged user accounts, integrate login service accounts, create support documentation, and perform knowledge transfer for new users. Additionally, you will be managing platforms, policies, safes, testing CPM plugins, monitoring server health, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Configuration of CyberArk Privilege Cloud and all on-prem server components
• Deploy security patches provided by CyberArk for PSM servers and other on-prem components
• Administer privileged user accounts and integrate login service accounts into safes
• Identify and onboard credentials for privileged accounts not yet vaulted
• Create support documentation and conduct knowledge transfer for new users
• Create and manage platforms, policies, and safes
• Manage and test CPM plugins
• Perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk on-prem servers
• Test, document, and certify new product versions, capabilities, and bug fixes
• Read blueprints/architectural diagrams and execute plans independently
• Troubleshoot technical issues with CyberArk
