Job Description

Seeking a Supply Chain Forecasting Lead with 10 15 years of experience in demand forecasting, business process improvement, and forecasting solution implementation. The candidate will lead forecasting assessments, functional design, solution evaluation, and implementation to improve forecast accuracy and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing forecasting processes, identify gaps, and drive process improvements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs.
• Evaluate forecasting approaches and tools such as SAP IBP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, and o9.
• Lead forecasting solution implementation, fit-gap analysis, and validation.
• Collaborate with business, data science, and technical teams on AI/ML-based forecasting.
• Evaluate forecasting outputs, analyze gaps between expected and actual results, and recommend improvements.
• Define data dependencies, integration requirements, and business acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 10 15 years of experience in supply chain/demand forecasting and solution implementation.
• Strong expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and functional design.
• Hands-on experience evaluating and implementing forecasting platforms.
• Understanding of AI/ML forecasting, enterprise applications, and large transactional datasets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and functional leadership skills.
