The Role

• Perform standard tasks in the assembly and secondary packaging of pharmaceuticals according to instructions and SOPs.
• Set up and configure various processes.
• Resolve recurring operational issues.
• Supply and prepare materials for production.
• Document packaging processes, including material reconciliation and yield.
• Contribute to the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment and/or packaging is advantageous.
• Good German language skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and conscientiously.
• Willingness to work in a multi-shift system and as part of a team.
