Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a User Researcher

Mandatory skills

1.      Must have a minimum of two (2) successfully completed project experiences deriving "Roadmap Priorities" from user research data.

2.      Inclusive Research: At least two (2) successfully completed project experience to demonstrate experience conducting research with diverse and vulnerable populations (e.g., non-English speakers, individuals with disabilities, senior citizens) suitable for a statewide constituent base.           

3.      Quantitative Benchmarking: At least two (2) successfully completed project experience establishing UX Benchmarks (e.g., System Usability Scale, Time-on-Task) prior to development to measure the specific impact of the "To-Be" designs against the "As-Is" legacy state.

4.      Remote Testing Tools: At least two (2) successfully completed project experience demonstrating the proficiency with remote unmoderated testing platforms (e.g., User Testing, Optimal Workshop) to enable rapid validation cycles within a two (2) week sprint cadence.
