Committed to exceptional quality and customer service, they are seeking a skilled individual to manage day-to-day operations and technical responsibilities at a local branch.

The Role

• Oversee the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver-assistance systems.
• Manage technical and operational aspects of the branch, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficient daily planning.
• Provide excellent customer service from initial contact through to vehicle handover.
• Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, processing payments, and managing incoming orders.
• Implement quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undertake a proficiency test or already hold a certified operations manager qualification.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and proficient German language and computer skills.
• Strong customer focus, service orientation, and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and foster collaborative relationships.
