The Role • Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, employees, shared services, and HR departments to align HR initiatives with business objectives. • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, talent management, and succession planning. • Develop and execute HR strategies encompassing staffing, onboarding, talent development, and employee retention. • Spearhead employee relations practices to cultivate a positive work environment and high employee morale. • Conduct thorough investigations, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions adhering to strict confidentiality. • Ensure proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience. • 4-6 years of progressive Human Resources experience. • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations (e.g., Wage and Hour, Title VII, FMLA, ADA, Worker's Compensation). • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and strong computer skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and adapt to company culture. • PHR/SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
