Job Description

IFS ERP Application Support Analyst / IFS Cloud Analyst

REMOTE - USA

Fulltime

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on IFS ERP experience.
Working knowledge of at least one or more IFS functional areas:
- Finance / Financials
- Projects / Project Management
- Field Service Management (FSM)
Experience providing ERP application support or T1/T2 support.
Experience with IFS Cloud preferred.
Strong IFS Applications/on-premises experience will also be considered.
Experience using JIRA for ticket and issue management.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to investigate problems independently before escalating.
Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Ability to create clear SOPs and user-facing documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting IFS Cloud implementations or upgrades.
Experience with IFS configuration and application enhancements.
Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
Experience in construction, MEP, field service, engineering, or project-driven organizations.
Experience with ERP upgrade testing, regression testing, and change management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
