Technical Project Manager MEP

Important Requirement:

Candidates must have BOTH Primavera P6 and MEP project experience. These are mandatory requirements.

Mandatory Qualifications:

·         7+ years of direct Project Management experience.

·         Hands-on Primavera P6 experience – Mandatory.

·         Strong MEP project experience – Mandatory.

·         Experience managing project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.

·         Experience working with technical/engineering projects and cross-functional teams.

·         Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.

·         Proven experience with project status reporting, metrics, risk management, and issue resolution.

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

·         Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

·         Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification/training.

·         Consulting or client-facing project management experience.

·         Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM).

·         Experience managing large-scale construction, engineering, infrastructure, facilities, or MEP-related projects.

·         Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
