Sr HRIS Analyst (Workday)

Role: Sr HRIS Analyst Modules: Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll Type: Full-time contract Duration: Now end of year

Key responsibilities:

• Configure/support Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll for Energy tenant
• Troubleshoot config issues, data/integration errors
• Partner with HR/Payroll/IT on requirements
• Support testing (unit, regression, UAT) for updates/patches
• Document processes and configs
• End-user support for time/absence/payroll issues

Must-haves:

• Senior Workday HCM experience
• Strong hands-on in Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll specifically
• Business process/calculated fields/eligibility config experience
• Strong stakeholder communication

Nice-to-haves:

• Energy/manufacturing tenant experience
• Payroll integrations experience
• Workday certs (Time/Absence/Payroll)
