Job Description
Position Summary

The Contingent Talent Acquisition Partner will support recruiting efforts across Manufacturing (MFG) sites and corporate functional areas. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes, while ensuring a strong candidate experience and alignment with business priorities.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders and HR to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for manufacturing and functional roles
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, particularly for high-volume and hard-to-fill MFG roles (e.g., CDL, operations, technical positions)
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and consistent follow-through
  • Provide market insights and data to influence hiring decisions, including compensation, talent availability, and competitive trends
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • Support diversity hiring initiatives and ensure inclusive recruiting practices
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to TA projects and initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relavant experience - would consider someone with a High School diploma or Associates' degree if they have the right experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools, Workday Preferred
