ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

Role Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant - SPM is responsible for configuring and implementing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management solutions, helping customers optimize portfolio planning, project execution, demand management, investment governance, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Conduct requirements workshops and solution design sessions.
• Configure Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Agile Development, Resource Management, and Investment Funding modules.
• Design dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive portfolios.
• Support enterprise PMO transformation initiatives.
• Develop integrations with ERP and project management systems.
• Provide technical leadership throughout implementation lifecycle.
• Conduct testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Minimum 3 years implementing SPM/PPM solutions.
• Experience working with PMOs and portfolio governance teams.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Mandatory Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA
• ServiceNow CIS-SPM
