Project Manager Fit Out

I'm working with a leading main contractor delivering a major residential development in East London who is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of the amenities and communal areas package.<br />This role will suit a client-facing Project Manager with a strong fit out background who can drive quality, programme and subcontractor performance across a range of high-specification amenity spaces.

You'll be responsible for managing the delivery and completion of all communal and resident facilities, ensuring they are handed over to an exceptional standard.<br />The project requires a proactive individual who can coordinate multiple workstreams, manage stakeholder expectations and maintain momentum through the final stages of delivery.<br />Key Responsibilities:<br />• Manage the delivery of all amenity and communal areas from fit out through to handover<br />• Drive programme and ensure key milestones are achieved<br />• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams<br />• Lead quality inspections, snagging and close-out activities<br />• Act as the key interface between the site team and client representatives<br />• Chair progress meetings and manage client expectations<br />• Ensure all areas are completed to the highest standard and ready for occupation<br />• Manage commissioning, testing and handover documentation where applicable<br />Ideal Background:<br />• Proven experience delivering high-quality fit out projects<br />• Strong background within residential, commercial, hospitality or mixed-use developments<br />• Previous client-facing Project Management experience<br />• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills<br />• Ability to drive subcontractor performance and maintain programme<br />• Strong eye for detail and quality<br />• Available to start at short notice<br />This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused Project Manager who enjoys working closely with clients and takes pride in delivering high-quality spaces through to successful handover.<br />For a confidential discussion, please get in touch
