Job Title: Oracle Conversion Developer

Reports to: Lead

Work Location/Travel: Work is remote or in the office.

Job Summary:

As an Oracle Cloud Conversion Cloud Consultant, you will participate in the design, development, testing, and delivery of Oracle application solutions for Apex IT clients in various industries. As an experienced Oracle Cloud Conversion consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Duties/Responsibilities:

•    The Oracle Cloud Conversion Developer will work with the technical team to populate FBDI templates, load and enhance inbound data, and test the conversion end-to-end.

Competency:
(Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

•    At least 6+ years of experience with Oracle Applications containing prior experience in performing data conver-sions and reconciliations into Oracle Applications

•    Should have experience in creating functional specifications, working with FBDI templates, Data mapping, and reconciliation of converted data with legacy data.

•    Basic understanding of Oracle Applications base tables, interface tables, APIs, and basic understanding of FBDI templates used by OIC to load data into Oracle Cloud Applications.

•    Experience with tools such as SQL and Excel to extract converted data from Oracle Cloud, reconcile with source system data, and present the results to the Client personnel.

•    Basic understanding of business processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Budget to Report, Acquire to Retire, Payroll, etc.

•    Knowledge of Hyperion based EPBCS, SAP Adapters, DB2, RSTARS(SOAR) is a plus.

•    Excellent technical problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented manner.

•    Excellent client interfacing skills, working with IT and well as business stakeholders and writing technical design documents.

•    Experience in Conversions of master and transactional data in the Finance & SCM area with at least 1 end to end implementation know how.

•    Basic knowledge of System Integration Testing (SIT) and Mock Conversion Cycle processes in an Oracle Cloud environment.

•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
 
Position Type and expected hours of work:

•    Full-time exempt during Apex IT hours of business.

•    Partial hours during the work week based on India hours.
