Job Description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Work within international, interdisciplinary project teams, taking on responsibilities as a sub-project manager for shared goal achievement.
  • Maintain and develop complex IT systems in (non-)GMP environments, including error analysis, system adjustments, functional testing, and documentation.
  • Evaluate and implement innovative digital solutions, coordinating closely with users and leveraging modern software development approaches and AI tools.
  • Act as a process expert, serving as an interface between departments, IT experts, and external partners to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support scientists in analyzing complex data to contribute to informed drug development decisions.

What You'll Need

  • Completed Master's degree in Computer Science, or a Bachelor's degree with several years of relevant professional experience, or a comparable qualification with relevant experience.
  • Proven experience with data structures, statistical data analysis techniques, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
  • Initial experience in pharmaceutical process knowledge, specifically in formulation development, process development, and GMP-compliant manufacturing and distribution of clinical trial materials.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work agilely and goal-orientedly in cross-functional teams.
  • High social, communication, and methodological competence, combined with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
