Sr. Model N Techno-Functional Consultant - 100% REMOTE

Role Name: Senior Model N Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Duration : 6-12 Months

We are seeking an experienced Model N Functional & Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Pricing, Rebates, and Chargeback modules to support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Model N Revenue Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of functional business knowledge and technical expertise, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party partners to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into Model N functional and technical solutions.

Configure, customize, and support Model N Pricing, Rebates, and Chargeback modules.

Design and develop technical solutions, interfaces, workflows, reports, and enhancements within the Model N platform.

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, conduct solution design sessions, and recommend best practices.

Support implementation, upgrades, testing, and production deployments.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution for system defects and user inquiries.

Develop and execute unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Work closely with ERP teams (SAP/Oracle), finance, and commercial operations to ensure seamless data integration.

Create and maintain functional specifications, technical documentation, and process documentation.

Participate in code reviews, system performance tuning, and continuous process improvements.

Provide production support and participate in on-call support as needed.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience with Model N Revenue Management solutions.

Strong functional and technical expertise in:

Pricing

Rebates

Chargebacks

Experience configuring and supporting Model N applications in production environments.

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device, or healthcare commercial operations.

Experience with Model N integrations involving ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.

Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, APIs, XML/JSON, and system integrations.

Experience with data migration, reporting, and interface development.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Model N Flex or Model N Cloud implementations.

Experience supporting Life Sciences commercial operations.

Knowledge of Government Pricing, Medicaid, 340B, and Commercial Contract Management.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Exposure to cloud technologies and integration platforms.
