Job description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a well-established manufacturing business in the West Midlands. The role is responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes, supporting production operations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality delivery of automotive products.

Job Description

  • Develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Provide hands-on engineering support to production teams, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and reducing downtime.
  • Support with NPI, ensuring manufacturing readiness, process validation and successful implementation.
  • Lead and support lean manufacturing initiatives, root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Proven experience working within manufacturing engineering
  • Experience and knowledge of assembly processes
