Middleware Platforms Support Lead - IBM MQ, AutoSys, Splunk, Enterprise Integration Platforms, Monitoring & Observability, Workload Automation, Production Support, Incident Management, Platform Engineering, Automation, Operational Resilience

Senior hands-on technical leadership role responsible for supporting and improving business-critical Middleware platforms within a 24/7 financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support IBM MQ, AutoSys or equivalent scheduling tools, Splunk and integration platforms.
  • Lead complex incident resolution, recovery and technical escalations.
  • Drive automation, monitoring, resilience and platform reliability improvements.
  • Support major incidents and out-of-hours production operations.

Essential Experience

  • Strong hands-on IBM MQ administration and production support.
  • Experience with AutoSys or equivalent workload automation and Splunk.
  • Proven experience supporting critical production services, including on-call and major incidents.

Core Skills: Technical leadership, problem-solving, risk management, operational resilience and continuous improvement.
