Job description
Kohler is seeking a Sr. Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to support strategic growth across its global manufacturing and hospitality portfolio. In this role, you will research markets, build financial models, value targets, and support due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships. You'll collaborate with finance, operations, and executive leadership to assess strategic fit, quantify synergies, prepare investment cases, and support integration planning in a culture focused on craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed financial models and valuations for potential acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships
- Conduct market, competitive, and industry research to identify and assess strategic opportunities
- Support and coordinate due diligence activities across finance, legal, operations, and other functions
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for senior and executive leadership
- Analyze synergies, risks, and integration impacts of potential transactions
- Track and evaluate performance of completed deals against business cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration planning and execution
- Contribute insights to long-term portfolio and capital allocation strategy
