The Role

• Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with clinical expertise.
• Develop and execute data-driven business plans, leveraging digital tools to maximize sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the local market and the therapeutic area.
• Navigate and understand reimbursement dynamics, including payer access issues.
• Adhere to all pharmaceutical and regulatory environment guidelines.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales.
• Proven ability to score highly on product training exams and maintain annual certification.
• Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy.
• Must reside within 40 miles of the territory boundaries and possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
