Job Description
Job Summary Plan, direct and coordinate the training and development activities for QA/QC/RA staff (and related roles). Ensure applicable, consistent and timely training and provide on-boarding support to new employees in the Quality Division as well as on-going, advanced development initiatives.
Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct needs analyses to guide creation of new training and the modification or elimination of existing training as required. Ensure training curriculum addresses needs of new and existing QA/RA staff. Monitor, revise and add content as needed. Provide specialized knowledge in partnering with SME's within Quality to create and update training materials such as presentations, worksheets, case studies, pre-work, and post-course quizzes and follow up. Use participant feedback to enhance effectiveness of various training activities.
Partner with offsite locations/plants regarding training programs; identify gaps and help address training needs. Perform hands-on training and verification of effectiveness training for staff at all Medline plants. Develop and deliver annual cGMP/ISO/QSR training company wide. Serve as a liaison for new hires in need of direction/assistance, resolving issues or finding information relative to the department.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.). Certification / Licensure: None Work Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a Quality role focused on researching, developing and implementing methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and/or inspection. Experience evaluating information and/or process to determine department needs. Experience with MS Office Suite. Willing to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences. The anticipated salary range for this position: $85,000.00 - $128,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
