Workday Integration Specialist

06+ months contract with possible extension

Atlanta, GA (Hybrid/Remote Eligible)

Flexible hybrid work environment: local candidates preferred, 100% remote considered.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday integrations development, with deep expertise in HCM and Financials.
  • Strong proficiency in EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Document Transformation.
  • Expertise in Web Services and APIs: WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON, Java.
  • Demonstrated experience in data migration, report building, and calculated fields.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with integration security protocols (ISU, PGP Key, MFA).
  • Previous work with public sector or government ERP environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of data governance and compliance best practices.
