The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Handle a variety of tasks including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Work on demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime available.
• Start and finish your workday from home, bringing your expertise directly to the roadside.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
