Develop and design pipelines, interfaces, reusable components, queries, stored procedures, libraries for enterprise authorization systems, full stack applications supporting customer authorization and security services. Implement mechanisms to enforce access control, build containerized applications, and review scalability, resilience, deployment, risks, secure coding practices, security, retrospectives, requirements, performance, backlog grooming, compliance. Create API, architectural design, and policy documentation. Identify problems, analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate test and validation plans. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and one (1) year experience in the proffered position, or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. Must have at least one (1) year of experience developing interfaces, queries, stored procedures; reviewing scalability, performance, API s; using Java, JavaScript, RESTful, Spring Boot, jQuery, React, Microservices, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, Angular. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $178,132 to $178,150 /yr.
