We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Physician to lead an esteemed women's clinic, integral to a leading healthcare provider in Schleswig-Holstein. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine clinical expertise with leadership, shaping the future of patient care within a well-established medical institution.

The Role

• Represent the Chief Physician and assume a key leadership position in the management of the women's clinic.
• Utilize specialized expertise, ideally in Special Obstetrics and Perinatal Medicine or Gynecological Oncology.
• Independently perform complex surgical procedures and participate in on-call duties.
• Contribute significantly to the ongoing development and strategic direction of the clinic.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training in Gynecology and Obstetrics, with experience in a Level 2 Perinatal Center.
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide and motivate staff.
• A collaborative team player with a commitment to open communication and a positive work environment.
• Willingness to actively represent the clinic both internally and externally.
