Your High-Impact Responsibilities Real-Time Incident Triage: Monitor network events \(24\times7\times365\) across multiple tools and independently manage and prioritize technical ticket queues in Remedy. Fault Isolation & Analysis: Proactively analyze alarms, pinpoint the root cause of infrastructure faults, and identify failed network elements (hardware, software, circuits).
