Role Highlights

  • Position: Senior Technical Program Manager
  • Location: Washington, DC (Foggy Bottom) | 5 days onsite
  • Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time
  • Salary: $175,000 – $207,000
  • Clearance: TS/SCI required What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead and manage a team of up to 50 professionals across cybersecurity, NOC/SOC, data, and systems engineering disciplines
  • Oversee a 24/7 SOC/NOC environment supporting worldwide federal operations — this is a never-out environment
  • Guide teams through high-priority incidents and outages using ITIL-based processes
  • Own program financials end-to-end — tracking contract burn, managing revenue, understanding margin differences across different contract types, and managing growth
  • Drive Agile delivery across the program and support capability modernization efforts
  • Brief senior stakeholders and translate technical operations into strategic impact What They're Looking For:
  • 8–10 years of IT Program Management experience with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity and SOC/NOC environments
  • Hands-on experience implementing or modernizing SOC/NOC solutions — processes, workflows, and tooling
  • Demonstrated fluency in federal program financials — contract burn, revenue, margin, and the mechanics of CPFF vs. FFP contract structures
  • Experience managing large, complex federal IT programs — DOS, IC, DoD, or national security background needed
  • PMP certification required (will consider candidates actively scheduled to test)
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Compensation & Benefits:
