The Role

• Ensure the professional implementation of regulations concerning medical devices in elderly care.
• Conduct individual and activating care for residents.
• Implement and manage care documentation and planning processes.
• Ensure legal and quality-assurance requirements are met, planned, documented, reviewed, and continuously updated.
• Conduct regular site inspections across all facility areas.
• Participate in initial training sessions for medical devices by the manufacturer and oversee their commissioning.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a geriatric or general nurse, or a healthcare assistant with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Sound professional experience in the healthcare sector.
• Ability to implement Quality Management System content according to §113 SGB XI.
• Willingness to continuously update knowledge on foundational skills.
• Strong team orientation and a constructive approach to conflict resolution.
