D365 Support Analyst

• Serve as the first and second line of functional support for D365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement users, triaging incoming tickets and service requests through the ESS support queue.


• Perform routine system administration tasks including security role assignment, user provisioning and deprovisioning, and access reviews aligned with least-privilege and segregation-of-duties principles


• Assist with environment refreshes, sandbox-to-production promotions, and validation activities in partnership with technical teams.


• Deliver targeted re training and hands-on coaching to end users, super users, and new joiners across supported business units.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.


• 3+ years of experience in application support, business/systems analysis, or ERP/CRM administration.


• 
  
  1+ years of hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and/or Customer Engagement) or a comparable ERP/CRM platform.
