Model-Based Systems Engineer with Security Clearance

Job Description Our client is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer to support the development of complex defense systems throughout the systems engineering lifecycle. This position will focus heavily on requirements development, requirements traceability, model-based systems engineering, validation and verification, and systems integration activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about systems thinking and understands how requirements, architecture, design, integration, and testing connect to achieve mission success.

Required Skills & Experience Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field
8+ years of Systems Engineering experience
Experience supporting systems engineering efforts from concept development through integration and testing Experience with:
Requirements Development
Requirements Analysis
Requirements Traceability
Validation & Verification
Systems Integration
Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
System Architecture
Technical Baseline Management
Experience utilizing MBSE tools such as:
Cameo
MagicDraw
Enterprise Architect

Rhapsody Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience supporting defense or aerospace programs
SysML experience
