Join a dynamic team within our powerhouse Creative department, known for executing visuals with precision and brand clarity under tight deadlines.

The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Review and direct designs for catalog layouts, web pages, flyers, stuffers, and emails.
• Act as a liaison between Merchandising and Creative for new product selection.
• Maintain open communication on new and existing product development and web marketing initiatives.
• Conceptualize new product positioning relative to existing offerings and customer needs.
• Review market research and internal reports to anticipate product trends and marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development.
• Proven track record in product marketing.
• Experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
• Catalog experience is a significant plus.
