  • Understanding of building construction, MEP systems, architectural finishes, structural work, and construction sequencing.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and other construction documents.

  • Validate contractor schedules against actual field progress and identify delays, constraints, sequencing conflicts, and potential schedule impacts.
  • Coordinate concurrent trade activities and help resolve field conflicts affecting construction progress.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications as required to support field execution.
  • Verify installed work is consistent with approved design documents, specifications, submittals, and owner requirements.
  • Identify constructability issues and coordinate with contractors, designers, and project leadership to drive timely resolution.
  • Monitor site safety performance and contractor compliance with established project and owner safety requirements.
  • Participate in daily and weekly construction coordination meetings and provide clear updates regarding field progress, schedule, safety, quality, risks, and outstanding issues.
  • Monitor quality throughout construction and track deficiencies through correction and closure.
  • Participate in review and coordination of field changes, RFIs, change orders, and unforeseen conditions that may affect cost, schedule, or constructability.
  • Coordinate construction activities within existing or occupied facilities to minimize disruption to ongoing business and operational activities.
  • Support construction phasing, temporary conditions, access planning, shutdowns, tie-ins, and site logistics as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors and specialty contractors supporting technical equipment, laboratory, training, or operational spaces.
  • Monitor completion of construction milestones and verify readiness for commissioning, startup, and turnover activities.
  • Lead and support punch-list walks, deficiency tracking, corrective work, and final inspections.
  • Coordinate construction turnover and closeout activities with contractors and project stakeholders.
