Our client seeks a Lead Product Designer to support the Monetization team on a temporary contract. The team owns acquisition flows and the purchase funnel across connected TV, mobile, and web. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong systems thinking, and the ability to ramp quickly into an established workflow. The designer will deliver pixel-precise, on-brand experiences and bring AI-forward practices to ideation, prototyping, and production.

Responsibilities:

• Design pixel-precise, on-brand experiences for acquisition and purchase funnels based on product requirements and partner feedback.
• Research the competitive landscape and shape user flows that account for new functionality, technology shifts, and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional partners across acquisition, conversion, and engagement problem spaces.
• Maintain momentum for in-flight projects and provide continuity during transitions.
• Champion visual and functional consistency while identifying opportunities to evolve design systems.
• Apply AI-forward thinking to team workflows and champion AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, research synthesis, and production.
• Work with the design director and product managers to update acquisition flows and purchase funnels for P+, incorporating legal and billing policy changes.

Experience Requirements:

• 7+ years of product design experience with lead or senior-level ownership, including direct partnership with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong UX and visual design skills for intuitive interfaces across multiple device types and form factors.
• Fluency with AI design tools and workflows such as AI-assisted prototyping, generative design, and research or synthesis tools.
• Independent ownership with the ability to build consensus and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Ability to ramp quickly into an existing team, product, and design system with minimal onboarding.
• Ability to rapidly concept and execute multiple directions under tight timelines.
• Online portfolio demonstrating functional depth and modern visual design. Portfolio link required.
• Background working in agile teams with product owners, developers, and QA.
• Full-time availability for approximately 3 months with flexibility to start quickly.
• Experience with acquisition, subscription, or purchase-funnel design is a strong plus.
