The Role • Ensure a well-maintained store and an excellent shopping experience for customers, working collaboratively with team members. • Actively participate in stocking shelves, presenting products attractively, and operating modern checkout systems, including self-checkout. • Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and implementing store concepts. • Undertake stockroom, cleaning, and inventory tasks. What You'll Need • Previous experience in retail or a similar field, with some leadership experience (e.g., shift lead) preferred. • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, who enjoys motivating and engaging others. • Ability to work quickly and efficiently. • Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts as agreed with management.
