Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Operational Technology Business Analyst. Join our technology hub team and play a key role in leading structured requirements gathering, scoping and analysis required to support Operational Technology (OT) upgrades across multiple Public Private Partnership (PPP) contracts. Reporting to Program Manager, you'll help deliver high quality outcomes that support our essential services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured OT discovery across PPP sites, including documentation review, stakeholder interviews, field equipment verification and system baseline capture
• Capture contractual terms relevant to OT systems and document them for SME assessment.
• Document technical architecture, network topology, integrations, field device inventories and operational constraints.
• Map AS IS operational processes and support the definition of TO BE processes where upgrades introduce change
• Gather and document business, functional and technical requirements to support OT upgrade scoping.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent extensive experience) in information technology, computer science, business or related discipline.
• Extensive applied experience in business analysis, process design and requirements gathering. Preferably within OT, IT, engineering, critical infrastructure or PPP environments.
• Hands on experience capturing technical and operational requirements for OT systems such as BMS, Access Control, CCTV, AV, SCADA etc.
• Exposure to contractual or regulated environments, ideally PPPs, with understanding of contractual constraints and stakeholder interfaces.
• Strong understanding of OT systems, architectures, field devices, integrations, network considerations and upgrade pathways.
