We’re looking for an IT Technician who’s ready to jump into a dynamic role that blends analytical thinking, hands-on technical work, and user support. What You’ll Do:

  • IT Technicians deliver Level 2 triage and onsite support for Systems, Network, and Telecom.
  • Plan, install, and maintain personal computer systems—both new and existing.
  • Collaborate with end users to assess hardware/software needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage and maintain a spare parts inventory for desktops, laptops, and endpoint peripherals.
  • Install and update hardware and software across the organization.
  • IT Technicians train users on equipment and software to ensure confident, efficient use.
  • Work on moderately complex applications and contribute to continuous tech improvement.

What You Bring:

  • A proactive mindset and a passion for technology.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a knack for solving real-world IT challenges.
  • Excellent communication and a customer-first attitude.
  • Experience in desktop support, hardware/software installation, and network fundamentals.

Education:

  • Associate’s degree or technical degree in a computer-related field, or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 2 years in an IT Technician or equivalent role
  • Strong orientation toward end-user support, with experience in Windows software and hardware
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, and Teams
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Microsoft Windows operating systems
    • PC-based application software
    • Printers, networking, and telecommunications
    • Windows system hardware and peripherals
  • Skilled in using remote support tools
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including component-level troubleshooting and repair
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and personable demeanor when interacting with end users
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and dependability
  • Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks promptly
