Pay Range:$74,500 Per Year
Description
This position is located in Charlotte, NC and is a full-time role. 
The Staff Accountant will support general accounting and financial reporting activities, including ownership of general ledger accounts and month-end close responsibilities. 
Candidates should have experience with financial systems and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Prepare and post various journal entries and reconciliations. Analyze and reconcile general ledger balances and financial statements. Collaborate with departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting. Support audits and financial statement reviews with necessary documentation. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
6-8 years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accrual-basis accounting and GAAP.

Experience with financial statement preparation and variance analysis. Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel skills. Core Technologies
