We are seeking dedicated Intervention Tutors to join an organisation committed to transforming the lives of young people. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within local schools and authorities, supporting students with diverse learning needs.

The Role

• Deliver targeted tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid tutoring sessions.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Support pupils across KS1 - KS5, adapting to their individual educational requirements.
• Report on lesson progress and provide regular feedback to students and relevant parties.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Proficiency in teaching core subjects: English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Proven knowledge of safeguarding practices.
