The Role

• Planning and accompanying the onboarding of new employees.
• Contributing to daily operations on the living areas.
• Taking overall responsibility for the practical training of apprentices.
• Ensuring trainees acquire necessary skills and fostering relationships with nursing schools and external partners.
• Upholding and advancing quality management standards.
• Conducting staff training on care-related topics.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a specialist in geriatric or general nursing.
• Certification as a practical trainer.
• Commitment to implementing a holistic and resident-centered care concept.
• Empathy, strong social skills, and excellent organizational talent.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with residents, staff, and families.
• Basic proficiency in PC skills (MS Office, relevant specialized software).
